Is there a good aftermarket head unit that will use the existing bluetooth mic for telephone calls? I have installed head units in previous vehicles, and the bluetooth for calls sucks... Thanks in advance!

My phone is bluetoothed to my 2016 optima, the media plays just fine but when I make calls it doesn't play through my car. I have been able to bluetooth it just fine to other cars, and I just recently bought a new phone which does the same thing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
