You can negotiate the price just like a purchase. I work the price on the car and tell them that I want to lease it. I'm typically doing $0 down lease (you still have to pay the first month on delivery/signing). If you wait until the end of the year when they want to clear out inventory, you can snag great deals or in the slow, cold winter months. My Stinger deal could be seen as around $13K off MSRP, thing is they apply tax before the rebates so the end price is higher than if they applied all the discounts before adding taxes. Sadly the tax man needs his cut first.
