Sound engine makes when I turn off the car

As I sit in my car after turning it off, I hear these sounds like liquid moving around. What is that?

Was your air conditioner on when the engine was running? (Note: the defrost/defog setting will also activate the air conditioner)
If so then what you're hearing is the compressed Freon still flowing through the restrictor or TCX valve (whichever one it uses) in the evaporator coil until the pressure equalizes out.
No harm can come from that.
