    Brake Rotor Fitment

I noticed that there are 2 different part codes for the front rotors for a 2015 Optima LX. One part code is for Optima built in the USA and the other is for Optima built in Korea. All the tech specs are identical, would anyone happen to know if this part is interchangeable. I own an Optima built in Korea but the brembo rotors I was sold are apparently for the American built Optima.

Didn't know the 2015 LX was built in Korea, but I believe the only difference in rotors would be turbo or n/a. The Turbo 320mm (12.6") while the n/a rotors 300mm (11.81"). Measure yours to be certain that the replacements are the same.

Thanks Turbonut! I was surprised myself. I went on brembos website and looked at all the specs. They’re completely identical but carry different product codes. I guess I’ll find out next week when my mechanic goes to install them

Macross, I think I could understand a Chinese auctioneer easier than I can find the Brembo Rotors for your '15 LX or my '16 SXL.
Brembo site is ultra-confusing to me re: terminology and where to look (I found a rear Manual Parking Brake and Brake Fluid, so far).

Would you mind posting the Link where you found your Rotors?

2015 Brembos Front available rock auto, but looks like the 2016 no Front Brembos.
I wouldn't get too excited about the Brembo rotors as these rotors carry their name, but are far from superior rotors we think of.

Thanks, T. It became more of a Search Challenge than a desire to buy, BUT with the Stingers bragging about Brembo's I was intrigued to read-up.
Glad you got the Unlock Rears figured out - so many permutations that might affect a behavior - it's great when the answer light goes on.

As you mentioned the Brembo rotors on the Stinger, thought I'd check, Ridiculous.
Deleted as I posted an incorrect price/part.

Thought I'd check over on RockAuto and for the 3.3 they only have Wagner rotors-Out Of Stock
For the 2.0 Stinger, also Out Of Stock

Front passenger side Brembo Disc 18" 3.3L-$968/$685.34 Driver's side same price.
In their site I stumbled onto - GT Slotted Brake KITS at $1500- $5500 -, so the Stinger price, while shocking normally, was mitigated by that Kit price already viewed.
After careful consideration I'll be sticking to real-world replacements when needed.

Guess old age is catching up with me. Out to lunch with a friend and on the drive down to his house, thought that the price was ridiculous and maybe I looked at the incorrect part. Just checked and I did look at the incorrect part, caliper not rotor, so a little difference in cost:
Brembo rotor front $150/$104 each, more in line with others.

    Not having a good day!
