    Powder Coating Wheels

I have a 2011 White optima SX and was wondering if anyone has thought about powder coating the wheels black. I have the pizza style rims and I have powder coated the last three vehicles that I have owned. Just wanted to get some opinions on this. Thanks

don't powder coat black. You can use plasti-dip! (do a google search!) If you don't like it after a while, peel it off!

Alot of people on the Mercedes forums use this stuff for blacking out chrome, wheels, etc... There are whole threads dedicated to all of the uses...

    Never tried it myself though...

That's funny you guys mention Plasti Dip!
Just did it to my wheels. Can't afford new rims right now and wanted to try something different and I seen this online and decided to try it today. I like the fact that it's temporary. Also painted my calipers while I was at it. I would have preferred red calipers but would not have matched the car color.
    What do you guys think?
Oh, and don't mind the surface rust on the rotor, it recently rained and I haven't moved my car
vanbodegon- sorry, I know its not what your asking about but a cheap alternative, maybe?
