I live in Montreal and I have a satin metal SX since june 2011. I love this car, except for the rattle at cold start and between 1800 and 2500 rpm. My dealer just got the recall sheet today from kia canada so I hope to get that away by the end of the month

Its more of a TSB than a recall. Personally I do not have this problem and bought a july 2011 model in fall.

Anyone in the MTL area installed the injen intake on their SX? I'm planning to do it this weekend but Berto's video on youtube isn't exactly... super informative lol.. Just wanna know if there's another vid out there or if someone wants to help out a fellow SX optima forums member?

Its a really easy install. Good instructions in the box. I wouldn't stress it too much, unless of course you only own a pair of vice-grips and a hammer... Then I would find help.
