Identifying the rear turn signal wires

So when I assessed the rear turn signal wires there are four wires coming out of the harness. Does anyone know the color code for the power and grounds? I need to install a resistor (hyperflash from LED's in the front).

    Thanks,
    Brandon

So does anyone by chance know the answer to the OP's question. My mutimeter got wet last week & I haven't gotten a new one yet! I have brand new led turn signals that I'd like to install with resistors but I don't know which wire is the 1 to splice into! This is for the rear turn signals! Any help would greatly be appreciated! Thanks.
